SEONetwork Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

The Platform operates solely as a technical intermediary marketplace that enables Advertisers to place Textlinks and Guest Posts on Publisher websites.
The Platform does not create, edit, own, approve, or publish any content submitted by users.

2. No SEO Guarantee

The Platform makes no guarantees regarding:
  • Search engine rankings
  • Traffic, conversions, revenue
  • Indexing, link retention, or SEO performance
SEO results depend on external factors beyond the Platform’s control.

3. Content Responsibility

Advertisers and Publishers acknowledge and agree that they bear full legal responsibility for:
  • All content, texts, images, anchor texts, URLs, and landing pages
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
The Platform applies basic automated sensitive-content filters only and does not guarantee detection of all prohibited or illegal content.
The Platform shall not be liable for any content violations.
The Platform has no obligation to monitor, review, or pre-approve user-generated content.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:
  • Gambling, betting, casino, lottery, or wagering-related content
  • Illegal products or services
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Hate speech, violence, or unlawful content
  • Use of the Platform or its payment methods for illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal gambling, is strictly prohibited.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate any order or account without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform shall not be responsible or liable for:
  • Search engine penalties or ranking losses
  • Removal or modification of links by Publishers
  • Website downtime, domain expiration, or content removal
  • Any legal consequences arising from user-generated content
All risks associated with SEO activities are solely assumed by the user.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Refunds, if any, are subject to individual service policies
  • The Platform reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or payment methods at any time.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion and is not obligated to provide detailed explanations, including but not limited to cases where such actions are necessary:
  • To comply with legal obligations;
  • To mitigate legal, operational, or reputational risks;
  • In cases of policy or Terms of Service violations.

8. Cryptocurrency Payments

The Platform may support cryptocurrency payments, including but not limited to USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks, solely for the purpose of paying for services offered on the Platform.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
  • The Platform does not control or operate any blockchain network
  • Users are solely responsible for:
  1. Selecting the correct network
  2. Providing the correct wallet address
  3. Ensuring the accuracy of transaction details
The Platform shall not be liable for:
  • Incorrect wallet addresses
  • Transfers made on unsupported or incorrect networks
  • Blockchain delays, congestion, or transaction failures
  • Loss of funds resulting from user error
The Platform does not provide financial services, cryptocurrency exchange services, or custody services.

9. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including third-party claims, arising out of:
• User-generated content;
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations;
• Use of the Platform in a manner that causes legal, financial, or reputational harm.
This compensation obligation remains in effect even if the User’s account is suspended or terminated.
